Working for E-Merchant Direct

I guess the first problem was the pay sucked. But hey prior to that I was homeless and the pay was better then nothing. I think I was getting something like $700 a week which sucked compared to my last real job where I was getting $50 an hour. And the one before that which was in San Jose I was getting $75 an hour.

The second problem was Richard Kuhlman the owner likes to yell, scream, and curse at people and treat them like animals. My dad was a total jerk and treated me this way as I grew up. Needless to say Richard Kuhlman reminds me a lot of my dad. And I have not seen my dad since I left home and never want to see him again. He is a complete *sshole and I never want to see him again for the rest of my life. I feel the same way about Richard Kuhlman.

The third problem was Richard Kuhlman cheated me out of my last pay check. The last check was for only about half as much as it should have been. I suspect that was intentional to make it under $1,000. Second my last check bounced. I don't think it bounced, but Richard Kuhlman probably put a stop order on it after he gave it to me. And that is why I think it made it under $1,000. I bet it is a felony to bounce a check over $1,000.

Their might have been a fourth problem, but I don't know. Nor do I have any evidence of it. But there sure seemed to be a lot of complaints about E-Merchant Direct and I always thought they might be doing something under the table.

A good example was the dating service web site Regina created for a customer. The site was a dating service, which needed some CGI programs to do all the work. CGI's are computer programs. How ever Regina doesn't know how to write computer programs but they still sold them the web site. Regina told me they were going to have me write the computer programs because the lady was suing them.

Well I lied there was one more problem. Richard Kuhlman didn't seem like he could communicate with people very well. Or maybe he was afraid of looking like an idiot because he didn't know the technical stuff.

When you design computer systems for people it is a lot like an architect designing a home or building for a person.

When the person tells the architect to build them the best home in the world that doesn't cut it. The architect is clueless to what the "best home in the world" is and has to get the person to describe exactly what type of home he wants.

Sometimes the person ordering the home is very sophisticated and knows exactly what he wants and will do a great job of explaining to the architect what they need.

Other times the person ordering the home is not very sophisticated and can't describe what he wants to the architect. In that case it is the architect's job to bring the person who wants a home up to a level of where the person can explain it.

This is how Richard Kuhlman was. He wanted some type of computer system to do all kinds of wonderful stuff for his business. But he never bothered to tell me exactly what he wanted. He would always just yell "Don't ask me any more questions! Just DO IT!!".

I left him tons of notes and papers asking him to describe exactly what he wanted but he never bothered to answer them. I also asked him many times to sit down and talk to me about what he wanted, but again he never sat down and talked to me. I always figured he was too busy making money. But again if he wants a computer system he should have taking time out from making money and told me exactly what he wanted. Or delegated the authority to Regina or ???? (the black woman) and one of them tell me.

The good thing about working for E-Merchant Direct was they let me come in to work early I liked that. I came in at 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. At Search Big Daddy coming in to work at 8 a.m. sucked. That is way too late for me. And of course I got to leave early I think I left at 2:30 or 3:30 everyday.

Nathan was OK too. He was a junior weenie programmer in college. But he was still OK. It seems like he had written some PHP stuff trying to get it all together but couldn't get the ends all to connect.

I fixed up the code he wrote and wrote some PERL code to do some other stuff with the leads.

John the hardware guy was one of the biggest morons I have ever met in my whole life. It seemed like everyone in the whole company hated John. Of course John was always destroying their computers, as he fixed them.

To be honest I don't know if John was just stupid, or if perhaps he was intentionally destroying people's computers.

And of course John was always trying to sell Richard one product or another from Novel. And trying to get me to say the product was needed.

When John was fired that was a day of rejoicing at E-Merchant Direct.

It was sad when the Japanese woman who did the bookkeeping got fired. I don?t know if she did something wrong, or if she was fired for political reasons.

It also seemed like Richard fired a lot of salesmen. I don't think that was for political reasons, but I suspect he didn't want them taking up a desk and a phone if they were not making him lots of money.

I really find it annoying when people try to mix god and business. One annoying thing in Richard Kuhlman office was he had a photo of the Christian Jesus god hung on his desk or in his office somewhere.

I suspect when people hang a photo of their favorite god it somehow makes other people think they are a better person. Me I think they are a superstitious dope.

So imagine that Richard Kuhlman the guy who goes around yelling at people like a raving maniac is not a complete *ssh*le! Nope he ain?t a *h*le cuz he has a picture of Jesus Christ hanging in his office. Religion what rubbish. Richard Kuhlman a Christian! I guess that makes him a good guy!

Working for Search Big Daddy

Denny Kruse was my boss. He was a decent person and I can't say anything bad about him. He was also a decent computer programmer, and a decent boss. And he treated me nice even though I am mentally ill!

It was located in Chandler just north of Frye Road and Arizona Avenue on Chicago Street. I loved the location.

As always I loved tweaking the local Latinos. Even though I am white I love eating hot spicy food. So the locals in the Latino grocery stores and taco shops would usually freak when they saw me cover my food with more chilli sauce then any Latino could handle. About the only place this doesn?t happen is when I eat with Indians from India. I eat their food just like they eat it. Although they are also usually surprised that a white guy like their hot spicy food.

The Latino day laborers would hang out on Chicago Street and Arizona Avenue looking for work. They would usually notice me when I walked to the Pirate Fish and Chips place. I always brought a bottle of chilli with me. Also they seemed surprised that I walk around in the middle of the summer barefoot on the hot streets. Well I guess everybody is surprised that I walk around barefoot in the summer on the hot streets. It?s really not that hard. If you start walking barefoot in March or April and by the time it starts getting into the 115°F weather you feet will have enough calluses that the heat wont bother you if you walk fast enough.

The only person at SBD who was brave enough to go to the local Latino food joints was Guy. I think they later fired him over some trivial stuff. Or perhaps he quit and then they fired him saying you can?t quit your fired. And he could even order a few things in Spanish.

I suspect Denny would have gone to the Latino joints but Denny was always on his diet and I didn't bug him.

Janis Muller the operations manager at SBD seemed to think "they are Mexicans! If you eat their food you will get some horrible disease!" Janis may have spelled her name Janis Mueller. Hey I was never good at spelling.

The first day on the job I realized I had made a mistake coming to world for SBD. If Troy Warren had told me in the interview that his new operations manager Janis Muller was a "pit bull" I would have never come to work for him.

Janis Mueller was always nit picking on me for trivial things. If she would say "your not allowed to do this", and then yelled at me after I did this, I would have not complained. But she would always yell at me for doing stuff that I had never been told was wrong.

Opps I forgot to say Troy Warren is the owner of Search Big Daddy. I think Troy Warren also goes by the pen name of Darren Powers. Troy Warren's full name is Troy S Warren or Troy Spencer Warren.

For example one week I was yelled at for leaving food on my desk. She took all my food and shoved it into some cabinets. Of course I had never been told I was not allowed to leave food on my desk. Nor was I ever told that I was allowed to store my stuff in the cabinets. But she yelled at me for it any how. And on top of that she threw away some of my stuff. I was pissed.

The times Janis Mueller threw my personal belongings away pissed me off more then anything else that happened at Search Big Daddy. In fact it was the only thing that happened that really pissed me off.

If Janis Mueller wants to yell at me for imaginary crimes I committed I don't have a problem with that, after all it is their business and they can treat me as mean as they want. And of course I can always quit if I don't like their petty bitching.

But I get really angry when they commit a criminal act and steal stuff that is at my desk and throw it away. Literally I go thru a liter of so of chilli sauce every couple of weeks. I collect the empty bottles of different brands. I was very angry when Janis Mueller stole and threw away several of my empty bottles of chilli.

Like I said if Janis wants to yell and gripe at me for petty things I don?t have a problem with that after all it is their business and they can treat their employees as badly as they want, that is legal. But when she steals my stuff I do have a problem. Stealing is wrong in addition to being immoral and I have serious problems when my employer steals my stuff.

It seemed like Troy Warren and Janis did a lot of petty things, in addition to stealing my stuff and throwing it away. One thing was Denny was told he was not allowed to talk to Jesse. That seemed real petty.

In another incident they seemed to think I was doing something wrong. When I started work I parked my bike under a tree. When the birds started pooping an my bike I moved my parking place to a street light a little farther away.

I suspect because of this Troy Warren or Janis though I was doing some diabolical thing. Denny asked me why I changed my parking spot. I told him because the birds were pooping on my bike! Not a very diabolical thing.

One day Denny said he got a summons to go to jury duty. He didn?t say it but he seemed to feel that if he went to jury duty as required by law that he would get in trouble with Troy for taking time off. Again it seems like really petty stuff.

I was double sided about this. I kept telling Denny to take the time off, go to jury duty, and acquit a marijuana smoker or some other person who had been arrested for a victimless and harmless crime. I also told Denny that I had never show up for jury duty when requested and nothing ever happened to me. Although I did also say that the new Nazi Maricopa Attorney Andrew Thomas may change that, and he might be jailed under the current rulers for now showing up for jury duty.

And one time Denny mentioned to me that Troy Warren accused him of ?managing his time poorly?. Jesus, Denny works tons of over time and Troy Warren accuses him of managing his time poorly. If you ask me, that is really petty.

Also when they fired Jesse it seemed like they made up some stuff about her being seen in a bar drinking, and said she was fired for that reason.

Jesse seemed like a good person. But she was having some difficulties in life. After she called in sick for 5 days in a row, the SBD management seemed to make up a line that somebody might have seen her in a bar drinking and that she was fired for that reason.

Come on give me a break! If Troy Warren or Janis saw her in a bar drinking, then come out and say it. Of course that didn?t happen. Which is why I think they made up the line.

I am sure they would have said something like ?Jesse was fired because Troy and Janis saw her drinking at the XYZ Bar at 3 pm, on Thursday.? But they never made a statement like that. They just implied that somebody might have seen her drinking in a bar. Which makes me think they fired her for other reasons and wanted to make it look like she is a lush they fired for drinking.

I kind of liked Jesse. She was the only person at SBD like me who packed a gun.

Jesse also drove a used cop car. She would scare the krap out of the illegal?s who hung out on Chicago Street and Arizona Avenue when she drove in to work in the morning or after lunch. For that matter she scared the krap out of me a few times when she drove in and I though the cops were going to shake us down.

One other interesting this is why Guy quit. Guy and Laura were hired to do sales work but for some reason they never had any work to do so they had to sit around all day and literally do nothing.

They didn?t like it either because they were promised to be paid commissions, and if your sitting around all day doing nothing you can?t make any commissions.

I don?t know if there was a conflict in personalities between Guy, Laura and Jessie and that is why Guy quit, or if Troy did something to make him quit?

I know Guy did come back after his last paycheck and had a talk with Troy and Janice Mueller.

One interesting thing about our office complex showed how out of control the government nannies have become.

It was a very small office complex. It was two stories high and on each level there is room for about 5 offices in a single row with each office being the size of a bedroom.

Despite the tiny size of our office complex we were required by law to have TWO handicapped parking places. Not once did I ever see a person with handicapped parking plates come in an park a car. Not once.

On the other hand Troy Warren and the owner of the building used to park their cars in the two spots. One time I think the out of control government nannies actually came here and wrote Troy Warren a ticket for parking in a handicapped slot!

Prior to our moving from downtown Chandler to south Chandler; Troy Warren made one comment that I thought was rather strange.

I was going to file a lawsuit about my former employer E-Merchant Direct who had cheated me out of my last two weeks pay, by writing me a pay check that bounced. Troy Warren saw the forms for the law suit sitting on my desk and asked me if I was going to sue Search Big Daddy.

Now why on earth would Troy Warren ask me a question like that? Well I bet he had a guilty conscience about cheating me out of the commissions he promised me. He knew he promised me the commissions. He knew that he had never paid me any commissions. Now perhaps he was thinking that I was going to sue him for not paying me the commissions.

For various reason we moved from downtown Chandler to just west of McQueen Road, between Riggs Road and the Hunt Highway. Jesus that is about a half mile from the south border of Maricopa County line with Pinal County.

I think Troy Warren used to live in the home, but move out into his new yuppie 5,000 square foot home. I guess asking the question why does anybody need a 5,000 square foot home is just as silly as when Bill Gates said why would anybody need more then 640K of memory.

The move really screwed me up. I was not riding my bike 27 miles a day to get to work and back.

On top of that Troy Warren and Janis Muller seemed to try to force us to work an extra half an hour a day for free. We were told that we could not take less then an hour lunch break.

Which meant that we could not longer take a half hour for lunch and work an 8 and one half hour day, but we had to take and hour for lunch and work a 9 hour day.

And just what were we supposed for lunch now that we were out in the boondocks with nowhere to go? I suspect Troy Warren and Janis Muller wanted us to work for free and extra half an hour.

I was pretty angry about Troy Warren and Janis Muller trying to cut our wages by making us work and extra half an hour.

Around this time frame I discovered that in addition to not paying me the commissions he promised that Search Big Daddy didn?t pay a lot of its customers and clients commissions that SBD promised to pay them. Every minute Troy Warren was looking more like a crooked salesman who made a lot of promises that he didn?t keep.

I discovered this by accident. I had written a web program that allowed our customers to file tickets or complaints about anything they wanted to complain about. As I was writing the software I discovered that a lot of our customers discovered the new software by accident and were using it before it was finished to file complaints. A lot of these complaints were rather amusing.

Troy and Janis had made one peculiar request for how the software should operate. So that the SBD customer reps could not just blow customers off I forced them to enter a reason any time they closed a customer complaint. Troy and Janis told Denny to order me to disable this feature and allow customers reps, or Troy and Janis to close out complaint with out a reason.

Normally I never goof off. But often Denny would run out of work for me to do. When that happened for something to do I would look at the complaints customers had filed with SBD, mainly because they often could be funny or amusing. Oddly in addition to discovering the funny and amusing complaints I discovered that a large number of customers had filed tickets complaining that SBD had not paid them their commissions as SBD had promised.

Even more disturbing was that Troy and Janis instead of answering the customers question telling them why the commissions had not been paid just closed the ticket off with no explanation or answer. Seeing this made me think that Troy Warren or SBD was intentionally not paying its customers the commissions they had promised them. Just like Troy Warren and SBD had never paid me the commissions he had promised me, that would be part of my pay check.

Needless to say I was angry about Troy Warren and Janis Muller trying to extort us to work for free an extra half an hour a day. And I was also angry because Troy Warren seemed to have lied when he said he was going to pay me commissions. And from looking at the tickets customers had entered it seemed that Troy Warren was also lying to customers and promising to pay them commissions he never intended to pay.

To me principles are very important. At this point in time I no longer wanted to work for Search Big Daddy if they were going to try and shake me down for a free half hour of labor a day, in addition to the commissions they promised to pay me but never did.

So I complained to Janis Muller and Troy Warren. In an e-mail. And of course Troy Warren sent me back and e-mail telling me I was fired.

Of course I didn?t mind. If they were going to cheat me out of my commissions, and try to shake me down for free hours I no longer wanted to work for them.

Talking with some ex-SBD employees I discovered that most of the people at SBD pretty much think Troy Warren is an *sshole.

Shortly after I was fired he had reached 100 percent turnover since I was hired. Denny his only other programmer had quit. His operations manager Janis Muller had quit. I heard from several people that Janis Mueller quit because SBD was not paying customers commissions they were owed and she thought she might be arrested for fraud.

His graphics designer had quit. Well later on I heard from the graphics designer himself and he didn?t quit. He was terminated by Troy for taking off when his wife had a baby, something which Troy Warren and Janis Mueller said he could do when he was hired. At least that is what it says on this web page.

Well almost 100% turnover. I think Angela Smith who lives in Virginia still works for him. In fact I think Angela Smith moved from Virginia to Phoenix to be Troys new operations manager to replace Janis Mueller.

Another interesting item is that Janis Mueller the Operations Manager at Search Big Daddy said that Troy S Warren or Troy Spencer Warren the President of Search Big Daddy was shut down for fraud in Alaska.

I couldn?t verify that. But these web pages from the Arizona Corporation Commission do say that Troy Warren given a cease and desist order by the government authorities in Alaska.

The same Arizona Corporation Commission web pages also gave Troy Warren a cease and desist order in the State of Arizona.

Last but not least the Arizona Corporation Commission web pages say that Troy Warren received a court judgment of slightly more then $500,000 against him in a Maricopa County Court.

According to some Search Big Daddy employees Troy Warren used to live in this home which is a 3,000 square foot beauty, before he moved into his 5,000 square foot yuppie palace.

One other interesting thing about Search Big Daddy which is a business name that the Asystems Group Inc claims to operate under is that both ?Search Big Daddy? and ?Asystems Group Inc.? are bogus and don?t exist.

A check with the Arizona Corporation Commission shows that there are no corporations with a name any thing close to ?Asystems Group Inc?.

A check for an officer with the name of ?Troy Warren? or ?Warren Troy? only brings up one name, and that guy doesn?t even seem close to the Troy Warren that runs Search Big Daddy.

Nor does the Arizona Corporation Commission list any DBA names like ?Search Big Daddy?. Technically the Arizona Secretary of States registers DBA names, but they still show up on the Arizona Corporation Commission web page.

The people at this web site seem to be raising the question that Troy Warren?s ?Search Big Daddy? might be run by a bunch of con men who just take people money.

Superstitious dopes! Once when I was looking for some of my stuff in the cabinets at the downtown Chandler location I found a rosary, and the same thing happened to me when I was looking for my food at the home we worked at in south Chandler.

For those of you who are not Christians a rosary is magical device Christians pray on to ask their God for good luck. From that I concluded that either Troy Warren the owner of Search Big Daddy or Janis Mueller the operations manager of Search Big Daddy are superstitious dopes who believe that there is a magical dude in the sky who watches over every moment of our existence on earth micromanaging our lives. One of them probably hid the rosary for good luck.

I really feel sorry for superstitious people because they are always looking for some magical dude in the sky to solve their problems, instead of working hard to solve their own problems.

Also I find it annoying that many crooks seem to use their god to say for some reason that the crooks are good guys. I don?t know if Troy Warren is a crook, so I can?t say that is the case here. But a lot of crooks play the god angle when they get caught. See I am a good Christian so I am not the bad crook that I look to be.

Here is an interesting article I found about Troy Warren after I left SBD. Looks like Troy Warren has a new company called BBZ Resource Management. They seem be be under a criminal investigation for deceptive business practices in marketing gas cards in Pinellas County, Flordia.

Just for fun I again googled on "Troy Warren". I found this link at linkedin.com which appear to be Troy Warrens web page at linkedin.com The photo was the same photo Troy Warren used on his Search Big Daddy web pages. Oddly Troy Warrens resume at LinkedIn said nothing about him being the President of Asystems Group Inc which did business under the name Search Big Daddy Com.

But Troy Warren did mention a number of references from people at Search Big Daddy. I googled most of them and they mostly appeared to be people who had paid Troy Warren money to be a KeyWord Manager at Search Big Daddy.
